Cancellation Policy

✨ Booking & Policies At Kelly Haley Beauty, each appointment is reserved with care to provide a seamless, high-quality experience. Please review the policies below prior to booking. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total balance. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $25 late fee will be applied after 5 minutes. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in cancellation and will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hour notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total All outstanding balances must be cleared prior to booking future appointments. Payments The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle Appointment Guidelines Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best results and full use of your appointment time. To maintain a focused and professional environment, additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Travel Travel fees may apply for on-location services outside of Manhattan.
