Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy At Kelly Haley Beauty, every appointment is reserved with care to provide you with the best service possible. Please review the booking policies below before securing your appointment: Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total balance. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A late fee of $25 will be applied after 10 minutes. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and will be considered a same-day cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. All fees must be paid before future bookings can be accepted. Payments Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment: cash, Zelle, or card (add your preferred methods). Additional Policies Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to maximize your appointment time. Extra guests are not permitted during your appointment unless previously approved. Travel fees may apply for on-location services outside of Midtown Manhattan, New Jersey, or Bergen County. By booking an appointment with Kelly Haley Beauty, you agree to the terms listed above.
